Our 700+ room high rise co-operative is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, witihn walking distance of UofT, Ryerson, and George Brown College. Neill-Wycik operates year-round as a residence for students attending the various Colleges and Universities in the city. We offer:

two rooftop barbeques
Rooms are available in 4-6 person multi-room units, and 1 and 2 person apartments. Each unit has its own washroom, kitchen and lounge area.
Neill-Wycik encourages its members to contribute two hours per month in the form of maintenance, planning social events or community services such as clothing drives for the United Way. This allows us to keep costs down, while providing a social atmosphere and remaining an important member of the Toronot community.
