Your OSCA Bill
Your OSCA cost is separate from any charges you may receive from Oberlin College; members of OSCA are billed directly by OSCA each semester (typically in August and January for Fall and Spring Semesters respectively). Payment of your OSCA bill is due 30 days after you have been invoiced. OSCA bills will be snail mailed to your permanent address on file (i.e. the address of the person who will pay your OSCA bill) and emailed to your oberlin.edu address additionally.
OSCAns who have overdue accounts will be assessed a compounding 1% finance charge each month the account is overdue. (“Overdue” is defined as an account which is not paid-in-full by its due date, and which has not been put on an official payment plan by the Financial Manager or the OSCA Treasurer.)

Members who wish to pay their OSCA bills in installments should contact the Financial Manager, and pick up a form in the OSCA Financial Office.

Members placed during the Spring Lottery may pay their $75 advance deposit using this method. Members placed during Winter Term may pay their Winter Term Bill using this method. If the name on the credit card is different from the student's name, PLEASE PUT THE NAME OF THE STUDENT IN THE 'SHIPPING ADDRESS'.
A surcharge of up to 3% applies for this payment method.

The OSCA Foundation is OSCA's sister organization whose mission is to support OSCA and its members. The OSCA Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and your donation to OF is entirely tax-deductable. PLEASE PUT YOUR SPECIFIC DESIGNATION IN THE 'SHIPPING ADDRESS'. Your donation helps keep the cooperative spirit alive at Oberlin College, and we appreciate your support!

Payments and donations made by check or money order for semester bills, advance deposits, and Winter Term Bills may be mailed to the address below. (Please do not send cash!)

(After hours, you may use the lockbox to make a payment or donation.
