Staff Contracts

The OSCA Confidentiality Contract is required to be signed by any coopers that hold either a co-op level or All-OSCA position.

Coopers with an assigned position may receive confidential information during the execution of their duties. It is their responsibility to maintain appropriate confidentiality with respect to information of a private or personal nature.

Breaching Confidentiality may result in a missed job, request for resignation, and removal from All-OSCA position.

Contract lasts for the full academic year.

The OSCA Officer/Staff Contract is required to be signed by any coopers that hold an All-OSCA position.

This contract is an agreement that All-OSCA staff members will act in the best interest of OSCA as a whole, in accordance with it's By-Laws, and most importantly fulfill the required duties of their respective position.
