PAYING YOUR OSCA BILL
Your OSCA cost is separate from any charges you may receive from Oberlin College; members of OSCA are billed directly by OSCA's Financial Office each semester (in August for Fall, and in January for Spring). Payment of your OSCA bill is due within 30 days of the date of the invoice. OSCA bills are snail-mailed to the permanent address on file for you (i.e. the address of the person who will pay your OSCA bill) and emailed to your oberlin.edu address as well.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
OSCAns who have overdue accounts will be assessed a compounding 1% finance charge for each month your account is overdue. (“Overdue” is defined as an account which is not paid-in-full by its due date, and which has not been put on an official payment plan by the Financial Manager or the OSCA Treasurer.)
PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE
Members who wish to pay their OSCA bills in installments should contact the Financial Manager, and come to the OSCA Financial Office to pick up a form.
Make a payment online
Members placed during the Spring Lottery may pay their $75 Advance Deposit using this method. Members placed during Winter Term may pay their Winter Term bill using this method.
When making a payment online, if the name on the credit card is different from the student's name, please write the student's name in the "SHIPPING ADDRESS" area. A 3% surcharge is applied to this payment method.

The mission of OSCA Foundation, OSCA's sister nonprofit, is to support OSCA and its members. The OSCA Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and your donation is entirely tax-deductable. We appreciate your support!

Payments and donations made by check or money order for semester invoices, advance deposits, and Winter Term bills may be mailed to the address below. (Please do not send cash!)
When making a payment, if the payer and student names differ, please write the student's name on the memo line.
