OSCA provides low-cost housing and dining options to Oberlin College students. We offer room & board, board-only, and housing-only options. Our rates change each year based on our rent contract with Oberlin College and the rising cost of food.

OSCA invoices are sent by email and U.S. post each August 10th (for Fall) and January 10th (for Spring). More information about payment options can be found in the Membership section.

2025-26 RATES
Upon properly completing co-op labor, learning, and conduct responsibilities (5 hours of education and labor per week), member accounts will receive a co-op credit of $ 1,535.00 for dining and $205.00 for housing each semester.
